Joshua Brink was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He lives in Fremont, Iowa and attended Oskaloosa Senior High School. Here at Drake, Josh is an International Business and Marketing double major. After graduating, Josh wants to travel internationally for business. He plans on studying abroad in Spain and Latin America. On campus, he is involved in InterVarsity and is looking into Student Senate. Josh works at Hollister Co. at Jordan Creek Mall. In his spare time, Josh enjoys hitting the gym, tanning, and laundry.
Nathan Bryngelson was born in Marshalltown, Iowa. His home address is in Grinnell, Iowa where he graduated from Grinnell Community High School. At Drake, Nathan is part of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity is very involved in that. Nathan plans to graduate from Drake with a Biology degree and pursue graduate school. Nathan enjoys relaxing in his free time, hanging out with friends, and being in the gym.
Alyson Collins was born in Geneva, Illinois and attended Geneva Community High School. At Drake, she is an Elementary Education major and has plans to become a special education teacher. She would also like to teach children in another country after graduating. On Drake's campus, Alyson is involved in Colleges Against Cancer, Best Buddies, Cole-ition, and Habitat for Humanity. Outside of class, Alyson's interests include reading, pilates, spending time with friends, and volunteering.
Cara Collins was born in Des Moines, Iowa. She then moved to Waukon, Iowa where she spent the rest of her childhood and attended high school. After graduating high school, Cara enrolled in Drake University. Her majors include Finance and Actuarial Science. Cara is involved in many organizations on campus such as DASS (Drake Actuarial Students Society) and Delta Sigma Pi. Her favorite thing to do is star-gaze and spend afternoons outside.
Jordan Emrick was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, but then moved to Aurora, Illinois. Here at Drake, she is a biochemistry/cell and molecular biology major. She is a member of Delta Gamma sorority, and through that she enjoys volunteering at Wesley Acres, a nursing home in a Des Moines. Jordan is also a member of the Admission Cole-tion, which involves giving tours to perspective students. Jordan’s hobbies include hanging out with friends and yoga.
Ryan Flynn was born in Bettendorf, Iowa and attended Bettendorf High School. At Drake University he is studying Finance and Accounting. While attending Drake, Ryan is involved in Cross Country, Track, and DECA. His hobbies and interest include running competitively, all types of sports, and hanging out with friends.
Haylie Franklin was born in Iowa City. Her hometown is Muscatine, Iowa. She is majoring in Health Science and Psychology, and is planning on becoming a Physical Therapist or an Athletic Trainer. At Drake, Haylie is involved in volleyball, HSSO, volunteer work, and intramurals. Her hobbies and interests include volleyball, basketball, running, softball, swimming and spending time with her friends
Kyle Harris is from Oak Park, Illinois; a suburb 8 miles from Downtown Chicago. He was born to Keith and Cristy Harris. He is at Drake currently studying Music Education. At Drake he is a part of the music department including the marching band. He helps out in the admission office as a member of the Admission Colelition. Kyle is also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity. He is a trumpet player, enjoys listening to music and talking to his friends. In the future Kyle hopes to be a high school band director.
Daniel Hohenstein was born and raised in Warrenville, Illinois where he attended Wheaton Warrenville South High School. Dan is majoring in Marketing at the school of Business. At Drake, Dan plays for the football team and is planning on joining intramural basketball. Dan's interests vary from playing sports, to playing video games, to just hanging with his friends. (#88)
Bradley Johnson was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated from Washington High School. Brad is majoring in Accounting and Management. He is involved in the Triathlon Club at Drake. Some of his hobbies include playing the drums, running, and swimming.
Grace Jones was born in Topeka, KS. She graduated from Washburn Rural High School in 2010 and joined the Drake University class of 2014. Grace’s majors are Secondary Education and English and she hopes to one day be an ELL teacher. She especially hopes to teach abroad after she graduates. Grace is involved in Habitat for Humanity, Colleges Against Cancer, and Drake Cole-ition. Grace’s favorite activity is reading; she also enjoys traveling, watching movies, and baking.
Aaron Miles Keith was born in Ottumwa, Iowa. Aaron is studying Health Sciences at Drake University. At Drake, Aaron is a member of the Health Science Student Organization and also the club lacrosse team. Following Drake University, Aaron plans to attend the University of Iowa and earn a D.D.S. from the dental program. In his free time Aaron enjoys going to the lake with friends and family. Aaron’s interests range from cars to sporting events and nearly everything else.
Jared Netley was born in Indianola, IA. After graduating from Indianola High School, Jared was admitted into the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Drake University. He majors in Pharmacy and Business Administration, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. On campus he is involved in DRxUGS, APhA-ASP, Drake Cole-ition, Habitat for Humanity, and Outdoors Club. Off campus he is involved in hot air ballooning, camping, biking, and hanging out with friends. He has interest in Hockey and traveling.
Emily Perry was born in Bedford, Texas, grew up in Naperville, Illinois, and graduated from Neuqua Valley High School. Emily is double majoring in Magazine Journalism and Public Relations. In the future, she hopes to be a journalist for a magazine or work as a PR representative for a well-known company. At Drake, she is involved in the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and is also involved in many volunteering organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity. Emily enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, and traveling.
Kathryne (Katie) Risvold was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from Dowling Catholic High School, where she participated in the Dowling Catholic Marching Band playing trumpet. She is studying elementary education. She has always dreamed of becoming a teacher. Katie is involved in Anime Club and Spike's Army. She spends her free time collecting owl collectibles, writing stories, reading books and playing video games. She loves to spend time with her friends and family, especially with her second-cousin Chacey. Her favorite season is autumn and Christmas is her favorite holiday.
Alexandria Russell was born in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in many different areas in the Chicago land area, moving seven different times. She attended Elk Grove High School. Where she was involved in the gymnastics team her freshman year and cheerleading for the last three. While attending Drake University, she is double majoring in Public Relations and Marketing and is also a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma social sorority and a member of ELM which is also known as the Emerging Leaders Model. Alex enjoys listening to music, going to Kappa events, and spending time with her friends and sisters.
Erica Skuta was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota She grew up in Vadnais Heights, MN and moved to Oakdale, MN when she was four. She attended Hill-Murray High School and was a competitive figure skating all throughout high school. Currently, she is majoring in Actuarial Science. On campus Erica is involved in Cole-ition, Drake Actuarial Students Society (DASS), and she serves as the Environmental Chair on the Herriott Hall Executive Board. For fun Erica likes to travel, read, figure skate, scrapbook and knit.
Lindsay Thompson was born in Peoria, IL. She is from Ankeny, IA and graduated from Ankeny High School. Lindsay’s favorite past times are playing basketball, volleyball, and spending time with her friends. She is currently majoring in Health Sciences and minoring in Psychology. After graduating, she would like to attend a physical therapy graduate school. While attending Drake, Lindsay is involved in Cole-ition, intramurals, and Health Sciences Student Organization.
Larissa Wurm was born in Champlin, Minnesota. She grew up in Champlin and attended high school at Champlin Park High School. She has an undecided major and currently is trying to figure out what to do next. At Drake she is involved in Habitat for Humanity and she spends her free time reading, hanging out with friends and family, and listening to music. She also loves traveling and going to her family's cabin, just to hang out.

|| Susan Breakenridge Fink came to Drake University in 1988 as a student. She earned a BA in Political Science (1992), a Masters in Business Administration (1995), a Specialist Degree in Higher Education Administration (1998) and completed the comps for her Doctorate of Education Leadership (2007). Susan joined the staff of Cowles Library in 1993 and started teaching First Year Seminars in 2005. Her plan is to complete the Ed.D. in 2011. || [[File:reception_photo1[1].jpg|135x163px]] || || Claudia Frazer started working at Cowles Library in 1977. She was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, but spent her formative years in the small town of Victor, located midway between Cedar Rapids and Des Moines. She graduated from the University of Iowa with both a BA in English Secondary Education (1977) and a MA in Librarianship (2005). Her current position is that of Digital Initiatives Librarian/Coordinator. || ||
